As per UDC Section 35-673, Low Impact Development (LID) is required for properties that are within River Improvement Overlay (RIO) Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 or 7 and are directly adjacent to the San Antonio River or San Pedro Creek. LID design and construction shall be in accordance with UDC Section 35-210. These exhibits are intended to illustrate the limits of the mandatory LID areas. Subdivision of tracts within or adjacent to the mandatory LID areas may result in modification to the mandatory LID area boundary.
